Adding Articles and Press Releases
Once you launch your website you're going to want people to find it in the search engines.
There are many websites that offer information about any topic you can imagine. They gather these "articles" about each subject from people like you. All you have to do is log in to the website, write an article and they will review it and publish it if you meet all of their guildines (which is very simple). There will be 5 sections to insert data which will be a Title, Summary, Article Body, Bio and Keywords.
Title: The title is much more important than you think. These articles get published right into the search engines with in a few days. It's the phrase that will show up when someone searches for something and your article is on the first page. Make sure you use a keyword or two so that they see those words and are more enticed to view your article.
Summary: The summary is not as important. Most people just use the first paragraph of the article or you can write a quick blurb about the article if you'd like. Some article directories use the summary as the description under the link in the search engine.
Article Body:The main point of creating these articles is to start ranking for certain keywords, keywords that you use throughout each article body abd Bio. Most directories will deny them immediately if you stuff too many of the same keywords into the body. The idea is this: assume you want to show up for NH web design services then make sure you mention it once or twice throughout the article and create a link in the Bio just like the one in this paragraph.
Bio: This is the only spot you're allowed to promote your business, the rest is informational only. The article body, for instance, cannot say "Buy your website at Creating Visits!". It must be about "how to create a website" or "cost saving approaches to a website". The Bio is the spot you're allowed to add the link to your website saying whatever you'd like. Use this tag to create a link that says your personal phrase: Your Phrase The Bio section always accepts HTML code and when you hit the Preview button it will show your link in the correct way.
Keywords: The keywords tell search engines exactly what you want to show up for when searchers type something in. Add as many variations as they'll allow you to insert. "nh web design services, website design services, nh web design, web design and seo services, creating website visits"
Keep adding different articles to as many article directories you can find. Each time you add an article your website gets another point (link) with Google as a more reputable website.
